Case 1 82 year-old woman with right upper lobe nodule

 Adenocarcinoma with STAS (spreading through air surface) - Spread through a Knife Surface (STAKS)

Case 2A 75 year-old man with a right upper lobe mass (3.9 cm, 2A), a right lower lobe mass (4.5 cm, 2B) and a positive interlober lymph node

 Synchronous multiple primary lung cancer, BRAF mutated

Case 2B

 Synchronous multiple primary lung cancer, KRAS mutated
(with lymph node meta, additional mutation p53 p16 PTEN)

Case 3 70 year-old woman with h/o hypertension, hyperlipidemia and smoking who now presented with several weeks of vertigo and gait unsteadiness; imaging showed a roughly 2 cm left cerebellar mass as well as a RUL lesion on CXR. The brain lesion was removed. Immunohistochemistry showed positive CK7 and TTF-1, and negative CK20 and GFAP.  

LCNEC with small cell carcinoma pattern mutation (p53 and Rb mutated)

Case 4 51 year-old man with left pleural effusion and nodules. Mesothelioma?

 NUT carcinoma, BRD-NUTM1 fusion, with diffuse TTF-1 positivity, non-smoker
