How to use automated cash payment machines
When the payment information comes up on the PHS receiver, go to an automated cash payment machine on the 1st floor of the outpatient ward. It accepts 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 yen notes and coins.
Insert your hospital registration card into the machine. Your name and the fee will be displayed on the screen. Confirm the information and pay the fee. Receive change, receipts and your registration card.
How to use credit cards payment machines
When the payment information comes up on your PHS receiver, go to an automated payment machine for credit and debit cards on the 1st floor of the outpatient ward. It accepts debit cards and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club). Some debit cards are not accepted.
Place your hospital registration card on the bar code reader. After reading the information, your name and the fee will be displayed on the screen. Confirm the information, insert a credit or debit card and type your passwords. Then, receive your card, receipts and registration card.
