Functions
●Before your visit
You can change your appointment through this app. (Only if you are a revisit patient)
You can complete your monthly confirmation of the health insurance card (My Number Card) with this app.
●After you arrive at hospital
You can check in with this app.
On your day of consultation, please turn on Bluetooth and GPS of your smartphone
before arrival to this hospital. When you enter the hospital, you will receive
a message. Then, simply tap the "Check-in" button to complete the process.
●Outpatient Consultation
Your scheduled consultation and examination will be displayed on your app.
This app will notify you when it’s your turn.
You might receive a message from our hospital when we need to contact you, for
example when we need to confirm your health insurance card.
●After all the consultations and examinations on the day
Please tap the button of “Payment methods”.Then, press the button of “Finish”.Then, you will see the options of payment methods which you have already registered.
If you use “Rakuda payment”,you can go home without paying on site.
Before using this service, you must register your credit card to this app.
